Okay, what have I done wrong?
I've tried popping them all afternoon and have had my username/password
rejected every time.
I've been using the servers listed below, and have tried using both
username/password and [EMAIL PROTECTED]/password but no luck.
Any suggestions?

I just got me one of these accounts. This is a Norway service, BTW,
