Hi Alan,

  That's what I used.  The only difference is that I use the email address
in place of my name.  This works for all my other POP accounts without a
problem.  (Around 50 accounts...)  AFAIK that shouldn't have anything to do
with just downloading mail.

  I thought for a second I might have the wrong password, but it works fine
for using the web based mail interface.

You're using MS Outlook, correct?  Go to this page and review your
settings with the example they give at runbox.com:
