The plugin packages for claws-mail don't seem to be FLAVOR-dependent,
but currently they're packaged twice. is there any point having separate
packages for them?

$ make show=PKGNAMES
claws-mail-3.9.2 claws-mail-bogofilter-3.9.2 claws-mail-spamassassin-3.9.2
claws-mail-htmlviewer-3.9.2 claws-mail-pdfviewer-3.9.2

$ FLAVOR=ldap make show=PKGNAMES
claws-mail-3.9.2-ldap claws-mail-bogofilter-3.9.2-ldap
claws-mail-spamassassin-3.9.2-ldap claws-mail-htmlviewer-3.9.2-ldap
claws-mail-pdfviewer-3.9.2-ldap

php and asterisk have examples of overwriting the FULLPKGNAME and
FULLPKGPATH for the subpackages to avoid the second set of packages
(and annoying "which package do you want?" messages from pkg_add).

Previously this only affected spamassassin/bogofilter but now that
various other ports have been rolled into claws-mail itself,
more users are going to run into it.
