Um...I don't think *I* was doing the complaining here. I was refering to
this:

reply to the above is that *of course* there wasn't a cd with the first
runs of the book: it had to become a runaway best seller to justify new
products associated with the book. The cd exists because of the interest
created by sales. So those who bought the book way back when should hold
their beefs. And get the cd anyway. Right?
