Check your IP address to see if it's on any RBLs: http://openrbl.org/ Check your DNS for any misconfigurations: http://www.intodns.com/ AFTER you've read up on the subject enough to test if your server is an open relay (for example, by using telnet from an *external* network), confirm your findings by checking with an external tool: http://www.abuse.net/relay.html It's not wise to implicitly trust any 3rd party open relay test. The onus is on you to attempt secure your system first.
