At the risk of stating the obvious:
1) Stop Postfix
2) Update the queue_directory in main.cf
4) Optionally, copy the old queue to a new place WHILE PRESERVING
PERMISSIONS AND OWNERSHIP. Use tar or rsync.
4) Start Postfix
