Greetings,

I'm running Postfix 2.1 on Freebsd 4.10 and would like to know where I can get more information on the following message in the maillog, and if it's my problem or the senders problem. Maybe a possible fix?

I can send an email to this user <dottie.newman.p...@statefarm.com>, but never get their reply. I believe the message is getting rejected by postfix and don't know what to tell the user by phone as to why I can't receive their email.

"reject: header X-TM-AS-User-Approved-Sender: Yes from NS98"
