if it's with the sendmail command, the easy way is to skip amavisd-new for sendmail submitted mail by adding -o content_filter= under the pickup service (in master.cf) if it submits mail via smtp, check if you can configure it to use a specific port. then you can use the -o content_filter as above. otherwise, give more infos. and when you give infos, think of how to differentiate mail from uor app and other mail.
