Very general questions tend to generate very general answers. The docs
will do a better job of answering general questions than a hastily
prepared email response.
If necessary, you'll be able to come back with more specific questions
once you've done that. If you run into problems, also look at:

by Patrick and Ralph or the O'Reilly book. Though these are over a
