[pfx] relay to a different server base on the ip

Hi

let me explain, I m searching to relay mail according to the IP of 
origin of the mail.

But can't find a way to achieve this


for example

Email coming from 10.1.1.1 will be send to 192.168.1.1

Email coming from 10.2.2.2    will be send to 192.168.2.1

Email coming from all over ip will be send to 192.168.0.1


hope it's clear and someone can help me
