HelloI saw gmx.de/web.de have a policy that, if the submission IP is not from DE/EU, messages will be routed to a different gateway which is listed in spamhaus already. Otherwise if submission client's IP is in DE/EU, messages will be routed out via the normal gateway whose IP is clean. How to customized my own transport for that?
