Posttfix can be configured to do this.
If you use the "lmtp" delivery agent for delivery to Dovecot:
/etc/postfix/master.cf:
lmtp .. .. .. .. .. ... lmtp
flags=DORX
/etc/postfix/main.cf:
# Here "lmtp" is the name of the first field in master.cf.
lmtp_destination_recipient_limit = 1
If you use the "pipe" delivery agent for delivery to Dovecot:
/etc/postfix/master.cf:
dovecot .. .. .. .. .. .. pipe
flags=DORX ...
/etc/postfix/main.cf:
# Here "dovecot" is the name of the first field in master.cf.
dovecot_destination_recipient_limit = 1
These should be a default Postfix settings.
