The Postfix scheduler has worked this way for more than 25 years.
at that time dovecot did not exists :)
i had courier-imapd there, now i think about change back, or do
cyrus-imapd, or accept that dovecot 2.4 now breaks old configs :/
thanks for postfix does not take that route
