An operator can always choose to use a Makefile or similar tooling to
construct a single "main.cf" or "master.cf" from multiple component
files in some appropriate manner.
Multiple "main.cf" fragments don't really make much sense, many
parameters don't work reliably out of context, they depending on and
interact with the remaining parameters.
