Something removed some domain names from the Postfix mydestination
setting, causing Postfix to reject mail for those domains with "554
5.7.1 Relay access denied".

Something also reset some login access permissions, and primary
email address info.

All this without leaving an obvious trace of an intrusion.

Your server is managed with Webmin and Virtualmin. The last major
vulnerability was CVE-2024-12828 which allowed an authenticated
remote attacker to execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
Your server is running very recent versions of Webmin and Virtualmin.

Assuming that there is no new undisclosed vulnerability, you can
set a stronger password on the managing account(s).
