Hi,

I am planning to migrate from one IMAP server (dovecot) to another (dbmail).
And: I do want to run both IMAP servers simultaneously for some time in order
to become acquainted with dbmail.

Thus, I am thinking about "duplicating" my current LMTP virtual_transport to
either dovecot and dbmail-lmtpd.

According to https://www.postfix.org/lmtp.8.html one may define two transports
like …
virtual_transport = lmtp:unix:private/dovecot-lmtp lmtp:[10.0.2.11]:24
… but:
| The Postfix SMTP client supports multiple destinations separated by comma or
whitespace
| (Postfix 3.5 and later). Each destination is tried in the specified order.

Thus, no "duplication".

I am sure that postfix is capable of achieving this, and that I am incapable of
finding how ;-)

In the unlikely event of not, what would be alternatives? .forward, sieve or
dovecot functionality?

Thanks in advance and regards,
Michael
