And those "commercial" suppliers of black/block lists - what
to think of them?
Eg. Abusix - which this list uses - which is a supplier of
such "collective punishment"
(which is why I cannot get to this list)
I get that spammers, scammers are plenty but...
nowadays we have - and with each new year there is more -
faster machines, betters systems, tools... even smarter!
Should all this together be not enough to disregard those
who still ban & supply whole ranges of subnets?
Instead, should we not be able to pluck out specific abusers
- on per-ip or per-domain or which ever would be most
precise-vs-cost solution - as opposed to range(s) of
subnets/ips.
In other, simplified, words: tech's capability VS
personal/organization philosophical/political views._______________________________________________
