I *don't* perfectly replicate it because it is a different context with
different needs. I have multiple check_*_access directives pointing to
'allowlists' in order ahead of and between the reject_rbl_client
directives that protect mail of various sorts from DNSBLs, so that it
need only pass SpamAssassin, which I have configured to make client-IP
DNSBLs non-fatal.
