smtp restriction class

Hello,

In my postfix configuration I want to apply an smtp restriction class if the 
domainname of the sender and the recipient is different
for example in my main.cf i am using

smtpd_restriction_classes = restrictive, permissive
                   permissive = permit_mynetworks, reject_unauth_destinations
                   restrictive = check_policy_service inet:localhost:10025

Here I want permissive to apply for mails if the domain of the recipient are 
the same and restrictive when the domains of the sender and the recipient are 
different.
