Got the message. We sent one of our guys over ( not with a baseball
bat
though .. we rather play cricket here in India ).
Finally we convinced the client to let us configure their Lotus and
set
a proper hostname. Talk of wasting human resources ..
while your sending people out can you stop by a few other countries
for us ?
