Are they changing the Reply-to header in their outlook settings? If so then
that is perfectly fine to do so. If it was so bad to change the Reply-to field
in the client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, Pegasus, and other clients
then that option would NOT exist. Anyone can change their reply-to address
which would show others that they wish to receive email and replies to
correspondence at another location.
