I'm trying to set up TLS on Postfix 2.5.5 and 'tlsmgr' keeps getting a
fatal error on this statement:

tls_random_source = dev:/dev/urandom

It seems to work when I comment it out but I don't really understand
what it does or if it is needed for TLS to work let alone what it should
be to fix it. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

The docs tell what it is.

Most systems have this set to a reasonable default; you shouldn't need to specify this parameter.

If TLS works when you remove the parameter, good.
