That looks like somebody is either impersonating on your server, or they hacked it.

This problem occoured after quota max usage, and dont accept others messages, exist one way to resend this messages in queue to maildir user?

But think twice before blindly delivering these messages, you seem to be operating a fairly successful open relay.
