You'd have to subject the bounces to the internal filtering:
internal_mail_filter_classes

BUT: In that case the BOUNCE MESSAGE will be subject to filtering -
meaning it's not clear if the header is in the original mail OR in the
attached mail (in the bounce).

So I'd say it's not possible.
