Apparently, there is a problem with one of the parameters that is
not in your main.cf file, and that has a name that comes after
smtpd_end_of_data_restrictions. That leaves us with only 176
possibilities.
To narrow the search down, use
$ gdb postconf
(gdb) run
...crash...
(gdb) where
