Why do you want to do this? What problem will it solve, and what
benefit do you expect to see from doing this? I think it sounds

As you [probably] know, there is no "discard_rbl_client" restriction
feature. A workaround, if the idea is not as crazy as it appears to
be, would be a policy server to do the lookup and return "DISCARD".
