Today we're getting an error where a hosting client suddenly cannot send
email via Outlook. The log error is as follows:
IP addresses and usenames are changed to protect the innocent.

dpc##########.direcpc.com[##.##.###.###]
We have no other issues with any other of 100s of clients on this
mailserver. Seems this is a direcpc problem?
