Surely the sender has a limited number of IP addresses.  Once a
client IP address passes postscreen's "after 220" tests, it is
whitelisted and can send mail without "after 220" tests for 30 days.

postscreen_bare_newline_ttl = 30d
postscreen_non_smtp_command_ttl = 30d
postscreen_pipelining_ttl = 30d

If this delay bothers you, don't turn on postscreen's "after 220"
tests and don't use greylisting.
