Oops, yes, it's destination delay. So, doesn't work. I could at least change 
the classes smtp service to 1 maxproc, right? So, a full email would have to be 
sent before the next one would be sent for each class. Do I have that right?

Looked for a way to set any sort of inter-message delay if they can be limited 
to one at a time, but, couldn't find a way to do that.
