Using DKIM and SPF doesn't automagically make your mail server more
trustworthy in the general sense. It may help keep your messages out of
recipient spam folders at Google and Yahoo, but that's about it.

There are plenty of snowshoe spammers who use both DKIM and SPF, and there
is plenty of spam emitting from both Yahoo and Google, who both use DKIM
and/or SPF. On top of that, many sites don't check for DKIM/SPF at all. IP
reputation matters more than anything.

1. Make sure you send from a static IP address with custom rDNS and a
matching A record, and a matching EHLO string.

2. Make sure that IP is in a "good neighborhood". Check Senderbase to see
if there are spammers (lots of red) in your /24 block. If there are you
need to find a better network provider, or ask that they assign you an IP
address in a clean neighborhood.

3. Register the IP of your server with list.dnswl.org.

4. Vietnamese IP space seems to have a reputation in the West for a very
high spam:ham ratio. You outbound connections to some Western MX hosts may
be given negative scoring or blocked outright due to this. DKIM/SPF will
most likely not overcome this.
