I'll wait for the sizes, then.

Assuming that these are Postfix logging on the RECEIVING machine
where mail is arriving slowly:

> delays=16369/0/0/0.51, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=1160/0/0/3.4, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=411/0/0/0.62, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=411/0/0/0.62, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=411/0/0/0.62, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=185/0/0/0.61, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=111/0/0/0.77, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=111/0/0/0.77, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)
> delays=3.2/0/0/0.92, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Mail queued for delivery)

Those are non-trivial delays.

Assuming that the SENDING system is also running Postfix, search
the logfile for

postfix/smtp ... QUEUEID_HERE ...
        status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 373357F0D)

Then search the logfile for QUEUEID_HERE and see what it says there,
and report back. You may replace user names with xxxxx.
