Hi
I need to setup server that will ratelimit outgoing mail but will accept
all messages from authenticated users regardles of ratelimit.
I know its somewhat strange approach but ... its higherups decission
Im thinking of dual instance setup
First instance will accept external mail and mail from authenticated
users without any ratelimits
Outgoing mail will be sent to second instance with ratelimiter.
I know all messages exceeding ratelimit thresholds will pile up in first
instansces mailqueue.
I would ask if my approach is ok ?

but im a little clueleless as how to setup those instances
Any suggestions welcome.
