Yes, that use-case is legitimate. It is not yet supported,
work-arounds include:
* Per MSA IP addresses
* Per MSA TCP ports
And obviously:
* Something other than Postfix terminating MSA SSL/TLS connections.
Be it a proxy that supports SMTP+SNI, or just some other MSA.
