The "relayhost" parameter is used by trivial-rewrite(8) not by
delivery agents. The queue-manager needs to know the nexthop so
it can manage concurrency.

Set the relayhost above (smtp_example:[example_server1])

And NOT above, because delivery agents don't use the relayhost
