We have set up one (of many) mailing lists using Postfix / LDAP as an alias.
In one case, one of the members of the mailing list, has tried to send a
message to the mailing list and it was delivered fine to all other
members except to his own mail address:

This does not seem to have happened in other cases that I know of.
Can you please suggest a reason of this rejection or suggest a way to
further investigate?
The error message is not meaningful to me (and an Internet search did
not help me).

Although IMHO it should not be of any importance to resolve this case,
the alias is set up (in LDAP) as follows:
