Google it doesn't think differently, but is very accurate. Same is hotmail, even more accurate. Things are not ok on your side.
We are not the originators of these messages. The users on this system have a .forward file that's forwarding these messages through to gmail.
I mention this because I suspect it may have something to do with why it's being classified as unsolicited. As I mentioned, it has a clear unsubscribe policy and passed our normal spam filters.
