You're not asking a sufficiently detailed question, and we're not
psychic, so your question has no answer as stated.
* Describe the purpose of your MTA.
- Is it a public MX host for your domain?
- An outbound "smarthost" for other machines in yor domain?
- A submission server for MUAs?
- ???
* Describe the peers for which you want to enforce TLS.
- All SMTP clients connecting to your server?
- Submission clients on port 587?
- Legacy submission clients port 465? (The IETF UTA
working group is trying to revive port 465, it may
some day become "undeprecated")
- ???
What is the Postfix version of your server? What software do the
clients use?
