Another option could be using a pre-queue content filter, and string replace 
the message (or ideally just the headers) removing any of the non-allowed 
recipients with a bitbucket address, and let postfix handle the message after 
it's been tampered. Right?

I was trying that (I believe) with my first approach but couldn't get the 
pieces to work together (and at that point I was simply trying to log the 
message somewhere to see how I could tamper with it, I wasn't actually doing 
anything else)
