You can give it a try. You define a PIPE_DICT_ENVID constant just
like PIPE_DICT_CLIENT_ADDR, add it to the cmd_flags table, just
like PIPE_DICT_CLIENT_ADDR, and do a dict_update just like
PIPE_DICT_CLIENT_ADDR except that you use request->dsn_envid instead
of request->client_addr.
