Some SMTP client on the Internet has a broken TLS stack or is using SSLv2 or 
SSLv3
which you have (correctly) disabled.  Often such clients are doing SSL/TLS usage
surveys, or are botnet nodes, ...  Finding legitimate SMTP clients broken in 
this
way is very rare.  Your logs contain more information about the connection.
