No. The patch is way too large for a stable release. If you care
about interoperability, don't turn on the after-220 checks. For the
same reasons as greylisting, the after-220 checks can result in
huge email delays

Perhaps you were referring to the feature-patches directory on the
FTP mirrors?  These patches "should" work in the same way as the
code for Postfix 3.2, however at 376 lines of unidiff format, the
code would have to mature for several months at the very least
before it can be considered for a stable release.
