Postfix default settings are carefully chosen and should give
reliable performance under a wide range of loads and conditions.
Don't change any of the delivery, scheduling, or queueing defaults
unless you have a specific problem to solve.

Yes, this is correct.  Multiple recipients per message reduces the
load on all servers involved.  Don't change this unless you have
specific problem destinations.  See the postfix documentation.
