FWIW, the precise range is 2.0.6 through 2.2.10 inclusive. First appeared
on 2003-03-05 in 2.0.6 (and snapshot 2.0.6-20030305 of the future 2.1) and
resolved on 2006-04-30 in 2.2.11 (and snapshot 2.3-20060430 of Postfix 2.3)
