Please disable these two settings, for example:
$ postconf -# unverified_recipient_reject_reason unverified_sender_reject_reason
$ postfix reload
and report the logs of the problem with these settings.
I need to know the true reason why the request is rejected,
not the text that you configured in main.cf.
