How do we reject unknown destinations / recipients still with a perm.

otoh, I've been thinking for some time about hard rejecting senders or
recipients that could periodically be verified for some time, e.g.  1 week.

This would help much with mail for addresses that are undeliverable in the
long run - mostly spams.
