I keep parring down my list and am considering going to simply using zen only
for blocking and dnswl for whitelisting. Something like

 zen.spamhaus.org=127.0.0.[4..11]*5
 zen.spamhaus.org=127.0.0.[2..3]*1
 list.dnswl.org=127.0.[0..255].0*-2
 list.dnswl.org=127.0.[0..255].1*-3
 list.dnswl.org=127.0.[0..255].2*-4
 list.dnswl.org=127.0.[0..255].3*-5

And a threshold of 3.

None the others seem to be particularly effective.
