This is not a Postfix problem until you can demonstrate that Postfix
fails to call postfwd.
smtpd_mumble_restrictions names and policy protocol activity are
logged with verbosity level=1. To turn this on selectively:
main.cf:
debug_peer_list = 10.1.2.0/24 10.3.4.0/24 (or whatever the Facebook outbound
hosts are)
debug_peer_level = 1

I never intended to claim that postfix fails to call postfwd.
Instead I'm very grateful for all your outstanding work with postfix all
those year.

Did the debug on my IP address. Postfix calls postfwd

I also asked my question on the postfwd mailing list and there perhaps
seems to be a problem with postfwd and logging on my opensuse 42.3 box
I'm still investigating with the devs on postfwd and hopefully the issue
can be solved.
