As I am sure everyone knows, it is very easy to CC an email to a list of
addresses when you meant / were supposed to BCC them, thus exposing
everyone's email address to everyone else.

There are also cases where CC was what was intended - usually to a handful
of recipients, rather than hundreds - so banning CC entirely is difficult
to sell to users.

Is it possible to set up Postfix so that it refuses to send outgoing email
with more than a certain number of CC'd addresses?
