postscreen logging does not have unknown[ipaddress]; it just has
[ipaddress]. Instead, this is an smtpd message.

Postfix log messages have postfix/program[process-id]. In this case
it should have been something like "postfix/smtpd[process-id].

Postfix source code does not contain 'Your IP address is blacklisted'.
You're getting that string from elesewhere.

You can configure Postfix log facility (mail, etc.) but not the
severity (info, warning, etc.).
