stupid question about ipv4 and ipv6?

Hi,

I have a postfix server on an ip4 and ipv6 adres.
I'm using clamav-milter for virus scanning. Do I have to use 2 milters, 
one for ipv4 and one for ipv6 or can I use only one milter?
